CTS assists eligible Canadian Forces Regular Force members/Veterans and some Reservists, to make a smooth and rewarding career transition. CTS provides practical help finding suitable employment within the civilian community, through career transition and job-search workshops, one-on-one career coaching and job-finding assistance.
Career Transition Services also provides employers wishing to hire highly skilled, disciplined, flexible, self-reliant, resourceful team players and leaders with an efficient, no cost recruitment solution.
