Principal Consultant

Bill is the managing consultant for Home-Based services in Canada, and manages a team of consultants in every region across the country.

Innovative, caring and focused, Bill is devoted to empowering individuals and teams to explore and realise their potentials. He has a lengthy track
record at effectively leading consulting teams and designing client-centred career transition programming, including content and workshop materials.  

Bill began his career transition career with Right Management in 1999. Until 2007, he provided career planning and job search assistance to over 1,500 Right Management candidates in Richmond Hill, Ontario—ranging from hourly workers on the shop floor, to professionals and middle-level managers, to Presidents and CEOs in virtually every industry. During this time, he also became acknowledged as one of the experts on self-employment within Right Management, developing the Right Venture program for the three greater-Toronto area offices in southern Ontario.

Between 2007 and 2012, Bill led a 30 member consulting team across Canada, providing overall leadership, program design and development, recruitment and quality control to a Right Management career transition program for individuals transitioning out of the Canadian military into the civilian work-world.

Bill was educated and trained as a career and work counsellor at George Brown College in Toronto.  He also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In supporting his candidates, he is qualified and trained to administer and interpret the following psychometric assessments:

Prior to working in the career transition field, Bill was a senior policy advisor in the Ontario provincial government, specializing in regional economic development.
